About CARE Court Outreach
Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ is partnering with to open a new program dedicated to helping individuals with untreated mental illness engage and connect to services. CARE Court Outreach is part of California’s , a new approach to help unhoused individuals with severe mental illness engage with and access the support they deserve.
CARE Court Outreach is a person and client-centered, mission-driven program that reaches out to folks who might otherwise be unserved. Our goal is to help support people and fill the gap in our healthcare systems to create a meaningful entry into care.

To Make Referrals: A referral to CARE Court can be initiated by family members, behavioral health providers, first responders, or other approved petitioners, by . Referrals to Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ CARE Outreach are made by the County of San Diego.
