Regina Aberin
"As a woman of color, child of a parent with a disability, and having grown up in a single-parent low-income household, I am deeply aware of the inequities and inequalities as it relates to health services in our society."
Since completing her Master's Degree in Urban Development Planning, Regina has sought roles in organizations that serve the underserved, and provide services that give people the ability to exercise real and collective choice in their lives. She has written extensively in support of health projects in Asia, Africa, and North and South America. As the Grants Manager for HealthRIGHT 360, an organization that provides a full continuum of integrated services across California, she and her team won over $100 million in public health contracts to fund services that included mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ's mission deeply resonates with Regina. She is excited to be part of the team that helps promote the excellent and effective behavioral health services that Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ provides. In her spare time, you will find her running after her high-spirited kids, as well as running for her mental health and exercise.
