My name is Janbir Sandhu (she/her).

I am a Program Administrator at Kaiser Intensive Community Treatment - South Bay. I’ve been at ������Ƶ for 2.5 years.

In my role, I do a mix of things, including team development, leadership development, data review, training, leading a new team, program representation with business customers, grievances review, policy and procedure review, quality assurance, and performance expectation review and development, and budget oversight.

In my view, the best part of my job is collaborating together to help find the best methods to support disenfranchised individuals in our community and sharing the data on our efforts to show the success of the team. I highly enjoy participating in Team Wellness Wednesdays where we replenish our skills, share our overwhelm, connect, and grow together.

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is the passion they bring each and every day to support their members, as well as their ability to stay flexible through global and program changes. Each and every single provider on the team brings their own unique blend of skills, loves sharing and teaching others, and has a passion for growing as individuals and future leaders.

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is team connection, ������Ƶ culture, and knowing our work is making an impact!

My favorite quote or personal motto is, "Remember why you started.”

If I were going to describe ������Ƶ in three words, they would be responsive, field-disruptor, intuitive.
